Styl Plus was formed in the 1997 as a gospel group which later moved into R&b.

This group made waves in the early 2000’s and their debut album “Expressions” housed numerous hits including “Olufunmi”, “Imagine That”, “Call My Name”, “Iya Basira” and more.

The group which was initially made up of three members; Tundey, Shiffi and Zeal gave us wonderful songs that rocked the nation for a long time.

Styl-Plus broke off several years ago after one member of the group; Tunde Akinsanmi decided to pursue a solo career, leaving Shifi Omoefe and Zeal Onyecheme. It’s exciting to know that the group is planning to make a comeback in Feb with a new single titled “Aso Ibora”.
The biggest hit they had was Olufunmi. This song is bound to bring back lots of great memories and feelings of nostlagia when you listen to it. Back in the days, it was one of the hottest songs used by ‘boys’ to woo ‘girls’. Even little kids knew all the lyrics.

This will definitely remain on my playlist for the week… WakaBack with us today as we enjoy Olufunmi.
