News & Entertainment portal, Event Guide magazine is glad to introduce to the public the first ever Event Awards scheme to be held in Ghana.
The scheme which is christened “Ghana Event Awards” is tailored to recognize, acknowledge and reward event organizing outfits in Ghana.

Speaking about the scheme and the vision, Kelvin Kenneth, C.E.O – Event Guide Ghana indicated that the idea of the Ghana Event Awards was conceived out of respect for Event organizers and their outfits.

“This idea occurred to me after several encounters before, during & after the organization and execution of events at Event grounds. I felt that the efforts and time event organizing outfits put in to organize schemes and shows which bring happiness to Ghanaians shouldn’t go unnoticed.

He added that his vision for the Ghana Event Awards is to organize a scheme that is devoid of controversy, a scheme that will set the standards for better event organization, promote healthy competition in the industry and essentially achieving the heights of more illustrious award schemes in the country.

The meeting was held to achieve the elementary task of introducing the board to officials of Event Guide magazine as well as selecting relevant categories for the awards and highlighting the necessities for the upcoming scheme.

The board will be introduced to the media at an unveiling ceremony to be communicated at a later date.

Date and time for subsequent board meetings will be communicated to the media in due course.
