Africa’s reigning diva Yemi Alade dumps her signature braids and African inspired up-do hair styles as she glows of the May issue of “House of Maliq” magazine.
The singer who is signed to Effyzzie Music recently released her commercially successful sophomore album “Mama Africa”, to rave critical reviews proving she is the total package. Yemi Alade who has the attention of the globe, says she is just about to take off. The album which is lead by the hit singles “Na Gode”, “Ferrari” and “Africa” features music stars across the continent and is said to be the diary of an African woman.
The electric performer who is BET Award nominee, two time MOBO Award nominee and a MTV MAMA winner has her eyes on the world domination and seeks to win a Grammy in the near future.
